LG has not become one of the top tech manufacturers globally for no reason at all, and with the 2017 launch of the LG G6 being one more reason why. It’s sounding like consumers will be able to choose not one, but from two variants of the highly anticipated G6 including a standard, and much larger premium model.
The LG G6 is believed to be announced at the 2017 CES event in Barcelona, but if you’re looking for the Premium version you’ll have to wait a bit longer. It sounds like the G6 will come in a 5.6” variant sporting a 4K Sapphire screen during the 1st quarter of the year, and a larger 5.10” LG G6 Premium Phablet later in the year.
There was speculation LG would be launching both 2017 G6 variants at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Event, but new rumors suggest otherwise. We’re now hearing an LG G6 Premium could be revealed during Q3 which would set the stage for competition amongst 2017 Phablets including the Galaxy Note 7 and iPhone 7s Plus.
